We reserve the right to modify, withdraw or suspend access to the Website, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

RAW10 does not control Linked Websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, products, services, advertising, privacy practices or any loss or damage arising from your use of or reliance on them.

3. PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS

3.1 Acceptance of Orders

Information displayed on the Website constitutes an invitation to treat and does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance by you.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the Products listed in your order on the basis of these Terms.

All orders are subject to acceptance by RAW10. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by law, including in circumstances where:

  • a Product is unavailable;
  • a Product has been incorrectly priced or described;
  • we are unable to obtain payment authorisation;
  • you order multiple quantities of an individual Product where restrictions apply to the quantity that may be purchased by one customer or delivered to one address;
  • shipping restrictions apply to the Product or destination; or
  • the delivery address belongs to a freight-forwarding service or other third party that provides forwarding services.

After you submit an order, we will send you an order acknowledgement email containing your order number and details of the Products and delivery services you have selected.

The order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. It does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Unless otherwise stated, a contract of sale between you and RAW10 will only be formed when the Products are accepted for fulfilment and collected by the delivery service on your behalf.

Once the contract of sale has been formed, RAW10 will be under a legal duty to supply Products that conform to the contract.

3.2 Account Security

When placing an order, you may be required to register an account or provide certain information.

Where you are provided with a password, account details or other security credentials (“Secure Access”), you are responsible for keeping them confidential and secure.

You must:

  • follow all reasonable security instructions provided by us;
  • notify us immediately if you believe your Secure Access has been compromised; and
  • notify us of any unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or restrict access to your account where we reasonably believe this is necessary to protect the Website, you, us or other users.

3.3 Shopping Basket and Wish List

Products placed in your shopping basket or wish list are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

If your Website session ends following a period of inactivity, Products previously selected by you may be removed from your basket and you may need to reselect them.

3.4 Reviewing Your Order

Before submitting an order, you will have an opportunity to review your selection, check the total price and correct any input errors.

You are responsible for ensuring that your order details are complete and accurate before submitting the order.

3.5 Product Appearance

We take reasonable steps to ensure that Products correspond with their descriptions on the Website.

However, colours, fabrics, patterns and designs may appear slightly different from the images displayed on your device due to manufacturing variations and differences in computer, tablet or mobile-device displays.

3.6 Freight Forwarding Addresses

We do not normally accept orders where the delivery address is that of a freight-forwarding company or other entity providing forwarding services.

If we accept an order and subsequently discover that the delivery address is a freight-forwarding address, we reserve the right to cancel the order by notifying you by email or telephone.

4. PRICES

The price displayed for each Product is the price payable for the Product itself and includes applicable VAT or other sales taxes, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery and handling charges are additional and will be displayed during the ordering process.

We take reasonable care to ensure that prices displayed on the Website are accurate. However, pricing errors may occasionally occur.

If the correct price of a Product is lower than the price displayed, we may charge the lower price and fulfil your order, subject to our right to refuse or cancel an order where permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

If the correct price is higher than the price displayed, we may contact you and ask whether you wish to proceed at the correct price. If you do not agree to the correct price, we may cancel your order and refund any payment made.

We are not obliged to supply a Product at an incorrect price where the pricing error is obvious or should reasonably have been apparent to you.

We may change Product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a dispatch confirmation, unless otherwise required or permitted by law.

If you order Products for delivery outside the United Kingdom, you may be required to pay import duties, customs charges or local taxes. These charges are your responsibility unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are also responsible for complying with the laws and regulations applicable in the country to which the Products are delivered.

5. PAYMENT

The total amount payable for your order consists of:

  • the purchase price of the Products; and
  • any applicable delivery and handling charges.

Further information about available payment methods and when payment is taken is provided on our Shipping & Returns page.

By submitting payment details, you confirm that:

  • you are authorised to use the payment method;
  • the information provided is complete and accurate; and
  • the payment method is valid.

Payment transactions may be subject to validation and authorisation checks by your card issuer, bank, PayPal or other payment provider.

If payment is declined or cannot be authorised, we may refuse or cancel your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from a payment provider's refusal to authorise a transaction.

We are not responsible for charges imposed by your bank, card issuer or payment provider in connection with your transaction.

If your payment account is denominated in a currency different from the currency displayed on the Website, your bank or payment provider may convert the transaction into your account currency. Any resulting exchange-rate charges or conversion fees are your responsibility.

6. INVOICING

Where we are required by law, or choose to provide an invoice, we may issue or make the invoice available electronically.

By using the Website, you consent to receiving invoices electronically where permitted by applicable law.

7. DELIVERY, TITLE AND RISK

We use third-party delivery services to deliver Products to you.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by you.

Our delivery services do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Certain geographical restrictions may apply to delivery destinations and Products.

Where your order has been accepted, we will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch it within the estimated delivery period stated on our Shipping Information page.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, delivery method, order time and working days.

Orders received after a stated cut-off time, or on a non-working day, may be processed on the next working day.

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date on which your order is processed.

If we fail to deliver within the applicable period, your rights will be determined by applicable consumer law. Where permitted by law, you may have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund.

Title

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, ownership of the Products will pass to you when:

  1. we have received payment in full for the Products; and
  2. the Products have been collected by the delivery service for delivery to you.

Risk

Risk in the Products will pass to you in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection legislation.

We may supply Products in instalments. Each instalment may be treated as a separate contract where permitted by law.

Where your order involves separate delivery or handling services, references in order confirmations or other documents to “shipping”, “express courier”, “shipping and handling” or similar terms may refer to services provided by the relevant delivery service.

If Products are subsequently imported into a country other than the destination country specified in your order, you are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements and paying any applicable duties or taxes.

8. CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

If you wish to cancel or return a Product, you must follow our applicable Returns Policy.

Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including any rights you may have under applicable UK consumer protection legislation or equivalent legislation applicable in your country.

Where you exercise a statutory cancellation or return right, any refund and applicable deductions will be handled in accordance with the law and our Returns Policy.

Where permitted by law and applicable under our Returns Policy, a £10.00 returns shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.

If you have paid customs duties or import taxes directly to a tax or customs authority, RAW10 is not responsible for obtaining a refund of those amounts from the relevant authority. You should contact the relevant authority to determine whether a refund is available.

Returns may take up to 14 business days to process from the date the return is dropped off.

We must receive and inspect returned Products at our warehouse before a refund can be issued.

For the purposes of these Terms, “business days” means Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We reserve the right to take appropriate action where we reasonably believe that our returns policy is being abused, including refusing future orders or returns where permitted by law.

Returns relating to different orders must be processed separately. We cannot guarantee that returns from different orders can be combined.

We are not responsible for returns sent outside our designated returns process.

9. AGE REQUIREMENTS

Certain Products may be subject to minimum age requirements.

By purchasing a Product subject to a minimum age requirement, you confirm that you meet the applicable legal age requirement.

Where we reasonably believe that you are not legally entitled to purchase a Product, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

10. PRODUCT CARE AND MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

RAW10 is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, wear, washing or care of Products contrary to the applicable care instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

You should follow the care instructions provided with the Product, including instructions displayed on the garment label.

If you believe that a Product has a manufacturing defect, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as reasonably possible.

Where possible, retain the original tags and packaging until the issue has been resolved.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights relating to faulty, defective or misdescribed Products.

11. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

We take reasonable precautions to ensure that orders are delivered safely.

Where a carrier confirms that a package has been delivered, we may ask you to assist with an investigation if you report that the package has not been received.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen after being marked as delivered, we recommend that you first contact the relevant courier and request an investigation.

If the courier cannot resolve the matter, please contact our Customer Support team.

Where appropriate, you may also wish to contact your payment provider regarding any payment dispute or chargeback rights available to you.

If your package has not arrived or tracking has not progressed beyond a “label created” or equivalent status, please contact our Customer Support team so that we can investigate the delivery.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer law.

You may not assign, subcontract or otherwise transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent, unless permitted by law.

20. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may amend these Terms from time to time.

The version of the Terms in force when you place an order will generally apply to that order and the resulting contract, unless a change is required by law or otherwise agreed between you and us.
